Festivals and community events are the heart of many of our most cherished memories. Beyond the joy they bring, festivals and community gatherings make a powerful economic and social impact on towns and cities across the nation. They boost local economies by supporting small businesses, creating jobs, and generating revenue for local governments.
In the U.S., however, the work and dedication that go into creating these events often go unnoticed. Unfortunately, rising costs and other challenges have made it increasingly difficult to fund these events, leading to cancellations and leaving many facing an uncertain future.

WHY is save our events needed?
Rising costs, reduced corporate sponsorship, and limited government support have led to the decline of many beloved local events and festivals. Now is the time for community members, event organizers, and vendors to unite so we can advocate for laws that will protect and defend all events, especially free ones.
